Fauna Habitat Management Plans

A Fauna Habitat Management Plan (FHMP) helps our clients to improve their understanding on the possible impacts of man made practices on local fauna species and their habitat, and what opportunities exist that will help to manage and minimise the impact of certain practices on wildlife. The FHMP allows litoria to advise clients on the many aspects of Fauna Habitat Management including potential statutory requirements, the impact of certain practices on ecological values and the ongoing management of fauna and corresponding habitat values within a proposed area.

• conducting a thorough site inspection and fauna survey
• determining potential fauna habitat values from survey methods
• assessing fauna habitat values with respect to local, state and federal statutory requirements, and;
• identifying opportunities and solutions to potential fauna habitat impacts.
