Vegetation Management Plans
Through the use of a Vegetation Management Plan (VMP), litoria helps clients to understand the environmental and regulatory issues associated with vegetation communities present on a proposed development site. The VMP acts as a guideline that allows litoria to advise clients on potential opportunities and directions that deliver both environmental and regulatory outcomes in line with an overall vegetation management strategy.
litoria does this by:
- conducting thorough site inspections and botanical surveys
- using drawing and mapping tools to assess the development footprint
- assessing the vegetation communities within these development footprints, and;
- assessing the development with respect to local, state and federal government laws.
