| Why: | To prepare a Vegetation Management Plan that would address the retention of vegetation where possible subject to NALL, eradicate exotic pest species and environmental weeds and outline vegetation managment practices during various operational activities throughout the development lifecycle. |
| Outcomes: | litoria made recommendations to our client based on the vegetation management plan which would ensure sound outcomes for important vegetation on the site. The outcome of the design process resulted in an alignment which retained 94% of all trees on the development site, inlcuding all large native habitat trees. In addition, no wetland or remnant vegetation needed to be cleared during the development lifecycle. |
